At SPARKSPIRIT VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to providing a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. If you face any issue with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.

Damaged or Tampered Package

  • If your package appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please refuse delivery immediately.
  • Record a proper video and capture 2–4 clear photos of the package.
  • Share the details within 24 hours at: support@sparkspiritwear.com
  • After verification, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
  • Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

Product Damage or Manufacturing Issue

  • If the received product is damaged or defective, kindly record a proper unboxing video.
  • Share photos and videos within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Once approved, we will:
    • Arrange pickup of the product.
    • Provide replacement or refund (subject to availability).

Wrong Product Delivered

  • If you receive a wrong item, please share an unboxing video along with clear images.
  • Email us within 24 hours at: support@sparkspiritwear.com
  • After verification, we will:
    • Arrange pickup of the incorrect item.
    • Ship the correct product.
    • If unavailable, store credit of equal value will be issued.

Quality Check & Verification

  • Returned products undergo quality inspection and testing.
  • Products exposed to perfume, chemicals, water, or physical damage may not qualify.
  • Refunds or exchanges are approved only after successful verification.

Important Guidelines

  • Unboxing Video Required: Claims are accepted only with valid unboxing video and photos.
  • Exchange Availability: Exchanges depend on product stock availability.
  • Return Shipping: A return shipping fee of ₹150 may apply.
  • Discount offers are not applicable on exchanged items.
  • Order Cancellation: Allowed only within 24 hours of placing the order.
